What we understand
The most important platform decisions are usually invisible.
Drivers experience an outcome—lower pay, a deactivation, a changed offer—but rarely see the system that produced it. Accountability reporting closes that information gap with documents, replicated tests, firsthand accounts, expert review, and a fair opportunity for the subject to respond.
Virality is not evidence. A claim is not published as fact because it is popular, emotionally satisfying, or consistent with our prior coverage.

It may not autonomously publish investigative findings, anonymous-source claims, survey conclusions, allegations of wrongdoing, or conclusions about an identifiable person. Those require human sourcing, verification, editing, and approval.
